You guys are just plain ridiculous.

This is NOT going to take over the series and turn it into a fighting game series.

This is NOT going to be canon in the storyline.

This is just something they made for fun and fan service.  Did people bitch about ssb?  No.  This is like our own little ssb for our favorite series.  And if it plays anything like soul caliber (the only fighting game to recive a perfect score in multiple places) which it looks like, it will be AWESOME.

People have been bringing this up as fun fan service for years, hell someone here was making there own fan made cv fighter.  Calm down and relax.  We are getting a normal cv game in OoE.  They did something fun just for us, and you jerks have to bash it for being different.

It will be fun, hell we could probably all fight each other online with our fav. characters.  For me this is a dream come true.  SO calm down and stop bashing it to hell based on a handful of grainy screen shots.

how is this fan service none of the ppl look like they are from castlevania
if it was like SSB i'd love it and i know someones making a fan game i've seen the pics and video if only it was like that!
i'm going to love the fan fighter but this isn't worth anything in my book and i'm not bashing it for being different.
i'm bashing it for being a poor food club version of castlevania.
i'm glad you'll take anything they puik out so enjoy but i'm not going to to like it.
and we have a right to trash it, as much as you do to praise it.
so get over it ::)

The game isn't out yet honey. Noone's even seen it in motion. Bashing a couple of blurry screenshots is soooo irrational.

You can't spell puke?

And why is it that game fans think that there favorite characters are incapable of ever changing their clothes?  Simon looks like Kojima Simon in a different outfit, as does maria, and Alucard.  dracula looks different, but he ALWAYS looks different.

Thank you shelverton.

Well, Dracula doesn't count. For each game, his clothes are basically the same, but he gets a whole new appearance. Pretty much everything about him is changed, including his 2nd form (True Dracula, Dracula Ultimate, etc.)

Dracula's clothes are hardly the same in every game.  It ranges from Medieval king, to 1930's Bela Lugosi dress suit.

Alucard's and Maria's new stupid outfits are IGA's way of saying he was forced by Konami to make a Wii CV game,

Saner, you may actually have a point. D:

From the beginning he's always been opposed to a Wii Castlevania. Still, I don't understand why everybody is almost ready to commit ritual suicide over a Wii game when there's still the rumored Xbox 360 game.

He does. Yeah, Iga's just expressing his hatred torward this game and idea, and he'll later so so in an interview a few years from now. But seriously, it's not unlikely that this game will have some sort of unlockable mini-game of some sort, maybe even that demo of Ressurrection(plz, plz, plz, plz, plz!!).

I agree. 95% of the members of the Castlevania community unfortunately have no sense of humour. They take everything so bloody seriously. It's kinda embarrasing.

Maybe we just wish IGA would take the series more seriously.

It hurts me to say...but the only wii game that came out good so far was Brawl. And that was lacking in characters and online was a mess. I've got 10+ wii games and I only remember what 3-4 are.

I hope it turns out ok, but developers and wii...well...their thinking is like this:
Developer1: "Dare me to shit in the case and sell it?"
Developer2: "If we keep doing this people are going to start to notice...besides, its my turn."

If Tales of Symphonia is messed up I think I might cry.

Nowadays you are either a graphics whore or a fanboy. BR is Shank not CV. It is ridiculous to think that it is better than CV. If it was CV then it would be what RE4 is to Resi, a series killer. Dumb it down and make it look pretty. Enough idiots will buy it.
