Sorry guys, after seeing those designs of Trevor and Grant I just died a bit inside. Why Grant is a mummy? What a silly anime design...

But the Aeon story called my attention! Maybe Saint Germain is a member (or even the leader) of that time-traveling order, who deals with Death in CoD in order to prevent a disturbance of time which could lead to Dracula ultimately winning over the Belmonts? Maybe Aeon the Chef in OoE provides Shanoa with food for the same reason

Being said that, then is safe to say Trevor is the ultimate bondage queen. She does steroids and takes about 3 daily hours to don her suit.

Trevor either doesn't like or has never heard of bandages, because all of that leather wrapped around his torso area is just ridiculous. He also has unnecessary and weird looking armor on his thighs, and his chest is exposed for some reason. His design looks cool, but also very weird.
