Knew I saw it somewhere. Here's the link.

http://www.relyonhorror.com/latest-news/new-castlevania-clothing-added-to-playstation-home/

Ah, that explains. The last time i checked it was before they released those shirts so that probably explains why i didn't see them.

Good to know.
true I was into the 360, but all my friends who had ps3s didn't use it, I can see why.
Its just a chatroom with avatars, and overpriced digital furniture
Yea, that and its supposed to act like some kind of virtual world.
Even then, i don't really use it that much. Although there are some games that gives you rare furniture peices upon completing them or completing certain tasks.

Castlevania The Adventure Rebirth: Battle Of The Holy (UNUSED)

actually, they did compose it, but never used it.
No, this is not an ”unused track”.

Soundtrack-CD ”bonus track”, ”New remix medley”.
I'm on hiatus now.

PSHome well, was am attempt to compete with Xbox as they copy the avatar Idea from Nintendo.
Can't say it was a good idea, but I could say it was poorly executed.
a Video Game console is meant to do one thing, Play video games.
The added media support is nice, but the ps3 and 360 are used for some of the most stupidest shit ever.

an attitude like that wouldn't have make consoles sell as good and offer variety of things as they do now.  Even stuff like playing music and movies has gotten more types of people to buy it.  The wider the entertainment spectrum a console offers, the more sales and benefits for customers that want to use it besides gaming.

At least PS Home uses avatars to GOOD community use instead of just standing  like some kind of useless display model on 360's dashboard or Wii's main screen whatever.

Yes they made some XBLA/Wii games  for those consoles that support the avatars, but really, those are few and far between and they can't match PS Home's much more mature and higher graphics quality presentation and better community atmosphere.   ;D Overall PS Home is much better and has benefitted from exclusive events and stuff that aren't available on Xbox360 or Wii.     ;D  Take for example the upcoming Dead Island, there is a big event at PS Home with minigames and prizes.  And people and their friends can have fun together on PS Home, even if it's just to chat and stuff, it is a nice space for people interested.

The negative people that aren't interested doesn't change the fact PS Home is very popular worldwide  and even this year it's made record numbers even after the PSN hack.
http://www.mcvuk.com/news/read/record-traffic-for-ps-home

Countless people use it, and it is very successful and widely used by more people than you realize.     In fact, there are far more PS Home users than most games' multiplayer online.   :)

It is valuable and fun to a lot of people out there, so people can't deny that fact.   ;D

Why wouldn't Cox be happy, MercurySteam is in control of the franchise now. All those "Player's Choice" awards he's constantly tweeting for LoS is evidence of their satisfaction.

"Today is the 25th anniversary of Castlevania. Some would say the series is in decline but the fact is it's never been in better shape."

Is he talking about LoS sales? Or maybe he knows something. Like, we'll see five new games next year or something... Or maybe the budget for the upcoming LoS2 is HUGE, bigger than for any Castlevania in the past. Something like that.

HIS Castlevania has never been in better shape.  Just another *hint hint wink wink* "I'm working on LOS2 but I can't talk about it" sort of post.  He IS actually correct about Castlevania meaning different things to different people...

HIS Castlevania has never been in better shape.

Yeah, I'm sensing something egoistical as well. Hopefully, if HIS Castlevania games continues to be somewhat commercially successful, some of that money could be spent on new 2D Vanias too. Though chances are the sequel to LoS won't sell half as much as the original. That's usually how sequels go, unless they're GoW, GTA, CoD or Halo. And a few others. Castlevania won't join the frontrunners of the industry anytime soon, if ever.

It's hard to say what's happening behind closed doors, but I'm inclined to agree with you.  I don't think Cox has any intention of reaching out to the fans that were disenchanted by LoS.  I think he underestimates how many Hardcore Castlevania fans got hooked by the LoS hype, bought Limited Edition copies, and ended up feeling duped by the time it was all over.  THAT will cost him sales on day1.  Long term, the sequel's success will depend on how successful he's been stealing fans from God of War, Dante's Inferno, Asassin's Creed, etc...
