They are considered side-stories, "gaiden" games, which is why they don't have descriptions/summaries like all the other canon games/events on that list.

I got to ask IGA a few questions a while back and he told me CotM/64 games were still gaiden. He said they take place in their  own distinct continuities as orginally intented by the developers. The reason why they are on that PoR timeline is just to show in which years they take place in, I think.

At the end of the Bloodlines description it states, "Note from the developer: A secret to explain the reason why a 16th century vampire somehow shows up in the 20th century is now being planned."  I wonder what they had planned.
