I don't know if anyone else noticed this, or if it's in the thread, but does anyone else see that Alucard's slide in Mirror of Fate is similar to his slide in SOTN?

His slide? You mean the backdash? They're similar enough. MoF's seems like a more realistic jump backward, though it could be purely coincidental.

yeah, that's very likely the inspiration.

I mean, CV1 isnt the only game to do that either. While it's cover is unique, plenty of other CV games imitated it in the game's opening, such as Bloodlines or Chronicles.

Here's something interesting I just noticed...

When you finally meet Claudia and her Black Knight in the Aghartan caves, where she reads your thoughts and decides to go with you, as She and her guardian leave the screen, Gabriel follows suit, but the camera does not.

Instead the camera stays where it is and zooms in on the fire thing behind him before ending the chapter.

The design on it? it's adorned with skeletons. Hint hint much?

That's not even the full image. I use to sport a high res wallpaper that was that but full view wide screen. For the life of me I can't seem to find where I got it now though.
