Heh, if FFVI's lead WASN'T Terra, Square sure convinced me otherwise. Especially with all the Amano promo art. Out of all the character art Square commissioned, Terra's solo pieces outnumber every other character in FFVI. I don't think that was ooincidence.

Well, thats just immature and maybe even a little sexist. I'm a guy and I'm actually looking forward to having a female protagonist. Many of the playable females in the past have been the most fun to play as(Sypha, Maria, Sisters even). Not to say that the fact that shes a girl will insatantly make her fun to play as, but its something different than always playing as a guy. I mean seriously, men/boys/guys on this forum, would you rather be staring at some other guy for an entire game or a hot girl?

I honestly don't care. It's all about the gameplay and fun factor for me.

i find it very nice and better that DoS and Pork!

Hey now nothings better than a good piece of pork!  ;)

Shanoa? oh come on, what is this anime name? it sounds way too japanese now.

The games made in japan, and we don't know anything about her, she might be japanese.

I mean seriously, men/boys/guys on this forum, would you rather be staring at some other guy for an entire game or a hot girl?

Yeah that's one of the reasons I'm looking forward to having a female lead for this one.

Er, Shanoa doesn't sound Japanese at all.  It sounds...Hebrew or something.

to me it sounds really similar to Shana, from some boring animu shakugan no shana or something.

Don't care what my fictional character is in this game, as long as I can kick someone's ass.

I was suppose to say something profound here. I don't 'do' profound so much as ramble so...whatever. Here lies text. Congratulations for reading it.  You were as bored as I am. Seriously, stop reading, you can't be that bored.  Still here? Really?  You officially are my new favorite person and now are owed one internet cookie. Don't eat it though, it gives you bad gas.

Same here. And btw; who says women are always bad as a main character? METROID ANYONE!?

Wasn't it that her name was translated from french? Chanoix --> Shanoa to make it more easy to pronounce for englishmen? At least there's a slight possibility.

I like the Idea of equipping glyphs to both arms and back. Three techniques to be used and even to be combined to special attacks. That's like the AoS/DoS soul-system, only better.

Yeah, I know! It made pork at least a little more fun, to play as Charlotte.

So true especially how FF 13 isn't the first FF to have a female lead despite some FF "experts" claims and cries about.

Ignore that.  The official screenshot calls her Shanoa, so just stick to that for now.

Anyone think Alucard will make an appearance? Maybe working.. with or against the Order?

He says he'll disappear at the end of sotn, but being that the Belmont clan is MIA.. can he trust the Order to take care of business?
