Another funny thing: Gamespot gave Lords of Shadow the exact same score as Harmony of Despair.

As someone said, this game will be nitpicked here at the dungeon soon enough, no need to freak out abut the gaming press doing it now. I find it hilarious people here are expressing umbrage at reviewers saying anything critical about the game-even though its still quite clearly getting good reviews overall.

When I think back to the over the top griping leveled at Portrait of Ruin and Curse of Darkness ("the worst games ever. EVER I TELL YOU!") and contrast it with the hear-no-evil response to these reviews. . .

Why all this interest in these reviews?

Speaking for myself, I was just interested to see what scores it would get, more so after all those previews. If the game got 2's, I'd still play it.
