You have a point.  I mean it's almost as bad as when we got Chronicles Simon!  Talk about bad fanservice!

There has NEVER been a historical nobleman outfit that looks REMOTELY like what Alucard did in SOTN.

Ok, first off you are wrong again.  No nobles dressed like Alucard, post anything of worth for proof otherwise.  And I'm not even in America smart guy.

I said Alucard was girly ie feminine.  And again I never said there was anything against that.  He looks feminine he does in this too. He does not have an athletic build.  And his features are softer than a teddy bear.  He has the same face as all of Kojima's half japanese looking pretty boys.

And don't even get me started about the whole changing the aesthetic, no one changed this series aesthetic more than Ayami Kojima.

Well, my previous post in this thread got modded. I'm sorry for upsetting the delicate balance that threads on these forums, I still think NetHack and Zork are great games, whether you like it or not. Also, I was trying to make a point, not advertise.

Back on topic. When in this earth has Igarashi said that he hates the Wii. All I've heard from him is saying that USING THE WIIMOTE AS A WHIP DOESN'T SEEM LIKE A GOOD IDEA to him. How in the world that equates to hating the Wii is beyond me. I said it before, and it went largely ignored (in another thread), Brawl has three different controller schemes (four if you count gamecube controller) and it pulled it off nicely.

Now, gentlemen, I insist on a valid source where Igarashi states his hate for the wii and not what i mentioned above. Cheers.

Just to add something.  Kojima's outfits are in no way time fitting.  they are ridiculously over decorated for visual purposes.  I mean Hector looks like she puked into the outline of his character.  Sometimes less is more.

On another note, there are so many cool things they could do with this game.  Can anyone honestly say it wouldn't be awesome if some of the monsters that intervene with fights are giant bosses?  how cool would it be to have to team up mid-fight to take out galamoth, or the wyvern before returning to beating your fellow heroes down?

C-C-Castlevania...RPG?!?! Don't even say such a thing!

*slits wrists so hard he chops his arm off*

Goodness, that would be hell...
depends how it's pulled off. a jrpg like final fantasy would suck balls indeed.

but if it was made in the other rpg style like diablo, it could work somehow. it'd be almost like loi/cod even, except without all the over the top combos and no jumping, not that those two used jumping that much, especially cod. :o

Once again, he says that referring to the notion of the wiimote as a whip, not as the console itself... Those are two very different things.

Konami in general hates the console. They haven't supported it very well.

In that case, couldn't they do something like a remake of Legacy of Darkness on DS just adding more characters like they did with Super Mario 64 and Diddykong Racing? I've been hoping for something like that but Konami has yet to do it... :(

That game already has all the characters you need. It just needs to have all its broken parts fixxered.

Henry needs a longer quest though.

No, it DEFINITELY needs more characters. Just don't put in Richter again and I'm all set!
