The one at the start of the game... it's night there.

I don't really mind. The environments still seem extremely varied.

Seems like a 3D Simon's Quest only with only one true town rather than many.

The music everyone thinks is Beginning... actually sounds more like The DraculaX Chronicles's "Red Dawn" at times.  Then again, I wasn't paying too much attention.
Although there are some massive large enemies here, it's difficult to spot "Castlevania" in there.  There aren't as many ghosts, spectres, MedusaHeads, zombies, hunchbacks (fleamen).  What I do see are large armors and the like, which remind me of the later games (Metroidvania ones) with the large marionette-style sprites.

That is one cool-looking female vampire!  The little is creepy but the adult one is kinda sultry.

That new trailer was incredible. I can't wait for this game to come out. This trailer was also significantly better than the previous ones, but the telepathic girl though bothers me   She just doesn't look right.

She actually looks like a SquareEnix reject, especially when she's sitting on the shoulder of her armored pet. But I'm not dissing anything else about this game, I love what I see.

Cool! But at the end it says "Reborn 2010 12 16". I'm guessing that's the japanese release date? It's odd that they have to wait so long. I mean, I know it's developed in Europe, but Castlevania was effin born in Japan... well well. I guess it's the voice overs. Script is probably massive.

solid platforming seen in this vid but i still wana see some DARK ATMOSPHER GAMEPLAY.
ALOT of video game stores ads are passing this off as the utltimate DARK tale and yet mostly the majority of the enviroments look brightly lit.
i just hope i'm wrong about this however

Don't forget the indoor areas... that castle for example, looks pretty damn dark to me. And this looks rather dark;
