Who else smells a Symphony of the Night megastage coming soon?

Haven't a few of those already happened?

Yeah, like three or something, but it will be nice to have the whole castle (minus dispendable rooms of course)

I doubt that'd happen, even though SoTN does have a superb castle. Too extremely huge, despite how well-designed and concise it actually is!

I'm doing one of my yearly playthrus of SotN right now, and I love how I notice something different in each playthru.

It really is a great castle, thernz-sama. It really is.

The Simon sprite kind of leaves me lukewarm. I wish they had used his SCIV one.

The stage looks awesome though! Do people actually play the DLC levels? I haven't bought any, and don't want to shell out if people aren't really playing them.

Wow...did they reuse Simon's artwork from Chronicles on his character page? Considering he has new artwork on the soundtrack cover, that's baffling.

Yea, I'm really disappointed about it. I was really hoping Kojima was going to use Simon's original/Super Castlevania IV design like she did with Richter using his original Rondo of Blood design.

Red head Simon just isn't Simon to me, never will be.

I dont mind redhead Simon, but Its just odd that they go to such lengths as make him new sprites (and use his ORIGINAL design) and yet use a completely different design for his art.

They should have a chronicles Simon with chronicles art if anything. And keep him with CV1 art.
Laura and Gabriel arrive in the deepest cave of the castle and... they find IGA.

I think it's the same artwork on the cover too. Also, I guess this was out of laziness. You know, being Hodespair lol. The new sprites shouldn't have been that much of a hassle to make in any case.

My God they made like 9 new 8-bit sprites! The awesomness!
Anyway, yeah, it looks fun, but the artwork-sprite conflict really bothers me, why not having both? the chronicles and the original sprite for choice?

The only thing I can complain about is that enemies are soooooo small compared to some of the huge monsters from previous chapters.

Yeah, it's kinda awkward because of size. The level design is especially made more cramped and awkward, in regard to character abilities, but I think it still has more texture than the other Hodespair levels. I think it's an okay trade-off.
