Calm down everyone.  This game is not canon.  They are not going to stop making our classic Cv's that we know and love.  This is just a fun not so little bit of fanservice.  Come on, who's not excited to fight characters in famous cv locales, with classic cv tunes playing?  I can't wait for this, so long as it has good gameplay but it is too early to tell.  How about we all just wait on a video to surface before we all pass our own judgement?

Actually, it wasn't the forum, it was a NEWS article, on the front page of gamespot, and alot of random people, with only passing interest will comment, but yes ofcourse there are fans too.

However, what I meant, and maybe I should have been clearer, obviously it's not just the diehard fans that are upset, but casual fans also.

Bit of over reaction there. Why are we not supposed to like anything after 2001? Nothing's more annoying that fans that don't accept Medroidvania, or the ones that don't accept the level-based games.

there's plenty of room from 1097 - 1458, he could also put it between 1497 and 1792 as there's not much in there besided the annual belmont conflict.

With all reason, I think it's safe to say this has been at least planned since the starts of OoE. Remember "the leaked shots" of the game and the wii connectivity?

I'm with A N T R A X X on this one though. This will suck balls, and like I said a few ignored posts ago, it will be a cash cow.
