something like the Tower of Eternity in Curse of Darkness or the Large Cavern of Order of Ecclesia or Arena in Circle of the Moon.  Does Mirror of Fate have anything like that?  if not, i'd wish and hope for such a level as DLC.

Nope.
Will they even make a DLC for MoF?

Here are my hopes and dreams for 2013:

Original Castlevania, Simon's Quest, Dracula's Curse and Belmont's Revenge all make it to 3DS eshop in 2013.  While we're at it, get Super Castlevania IV on 3DS eshop as well, would love to play that on the go.

Would also love to finally see Bloodlines on Virtual Console, and maybe even CV64.

Im not so sure there's gonna be DLC for MoF since Konami twisted Mercurysteam's balls regarding the DLC for LOS1.

The DLC for LoS should not have been DLC to begin with, but a part of the final product. A lot of people out there were disappointed with that decision and the DLC's weren't nearly as long enough to warrant buying them at the price they were being sold. It's like MercurySteam poured concentrated lemon juice on the fans' sensitive balls with paper cuts that were already infected.

Concerning the DLC for LoS, I would've preferred a Boss Rush mode or several extra costumes (the "Simon Belmont" costume they made for the original pitch [the "Altair" version], perhaps a "classic" costume [loinclothes!]). Maybe even a mini-game or two where you play as Zobek or Laura fighting Medusa Heads in a unique situation, or a "Castlevania Chess" mode. Something more creative & fun instead of the 2 extra chapters that should've been part of the game anyway would've been more worth it.

We need costumes in LoS2.
No, we DEMAND THEM.

Everything comes full circle

No, costumes are small time.

To truly make up for the DLC of LOS1, they should (if they haven't already) have Alucard as a playable character complete with his own full fledged campaign. It would also make up for not having his sword useable in MoF.

simple formula for dlc:
*Classic music is a must!!!
*I agree with a Boss Rush mode and costumes...
*Why not make finding chairs and stuff a thing again?¿? You mean to tell me that stuff wasnt fun in HoD? Then the DLC will have chandeliers and Gravy dishes you can buy for that persons own room!
*Make an Inverted Castle DLC. It may sound dumb but i think there would be interesting things to come with this.
finally i want to have familiars again! i never played MoF so i dont know if they've been revived.
why not make a dlc to turn those imp things into medusa heads????  :P

Alucard in LoS2 would be a really nice idea for DLC, or better yet, they could make a new game + after beating LoS2 as Gabcula and have Alucard become playable with a harder difficulty unlocked.

I miss the days when games just came with everything cool right on the cart or disc instead of having to pay extra for it later.

Exactly, you said it right. A good idea would be Alucard in the actual game, not a DLC. They must learn what they forgot, DLC is for bug fixes and bonus content, not for things that should be in the game since the beggining.

Well, MS is not the type of company that adds a new game + mode.
And it seems to me they only want the player to be Gabula and not anyone else.
