Not sure about Best Buy but Gamestop has been taking preorders for the guide for a couple weeks now, and they list the release date as Sept 28.

In a way, that makes Tuesday D-Day for this game. The demo and new trailer is out on the same day, it seems like everything will be out around the same time except the game itself LOL

Im asking because I tried getting a guide for some game in the past just a week before it came out but the guys at gamestop said I could only buy it when the game comes out.

I'd like to think I'm doing well to avoid seeing too many videos... I've overexposed too many games for myself in the past that I would've probably enjoyed better without doing so. I'd like this one to be as pure an experience as possible. I can't resist trailers like the TGS one, though.

The longest cutscene is at the end, which is 14 minutes. I think if someone's played twenty hours of a game, they deserve a bloody good ending.

I figured the little split-jaw guys eating the stuff left by the Evil Butcher were flea men. Their jaws do suggest something like an insect and, well, fleas are blood-drinkers.

You can also pre-order it at Amazon. I think it's 7 or 8 dollars cheaper there, too.

I never really liked guides except when necessary, like with Curse of Darkness and the weapon synthesis, but that's it I might pickup a guide after I finished the game. I was really wondering what do people like/enjoy in reading the guide for the game in one hand and the controller in the other? I mean doesn't it spoil it for you.
